Tend is operated by AI App Nation. We collect the minimum data needed to run your family routines: your account email (via Sign in with Apple), family-member nicknames, routine steps you create, and step-completion timestamps.

What we collect

• Sign in with Apple identifier (hashed)
• Family-member nicknames and avatars you upload
• Routine names, step icons, and times
• Step-completion timestamps
• Device push token for routine reminders

What we never collect

• Child first or last names beyond what you type
• Location data
• Biometrics (Face ID auth stays on device)
• Health or medical data

How we store it

Encrypted at rest on EU-located servers. Never sold. Never shared with advertisers.

How to delete your data

Email support@aiappnation.com from the email tied to your Apple ID. All family data is deleted within 7 days. You can also revoke Sign in with Apple at any time from iOS Settings.

Children

Tend is designed for use BY parents and caregivers with their own children. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. The kid-mode interface stores no personal data; everything is keyed to the parent account.
